Universal CityWalk
The ‘Hottest’ Venue
In Orlando!

city-walk-sign-universal-orlando

Hello…and welcome to our family guide to nights out at Universals CityWalk Orlando.

"No matter what mood you are in for a good night out Universal Orlando has it all"

Night clubs, themed bars, restaurants, shops, street performers, multi-plex cinema.

Welcome

Remember CityWalk is open all day, so if you are visiting Universal Studios or the Island of Adventure, you can stop off for a coffee or something to eat before you enter the parks, even do some shopping on the way back to your hotel or preferred accommodation after your day out.

To help you discover CityWalk…here are a few recommendations you might find helpful to get a feel of the place before you arrive, especially if it's your first time. Click on the blue hyperlink of your choice and 'bookmark' if required.

Now here's the
Serious Stuff!

Sunkissed tip;

ID's…Let's not forget 21 is the age limit to consume alcohol in the State of Florida, and strict enforcement is applied, so if you look a fresh faced 21 year old make sure you carry ID as everyone who looks below the age of 30 is asked for it, so don't forget!

Children…Universal wants your business and that means children are allowed in most places…let the children enjoy them selves 'BUT' keep your eye on them, we have seen families being asked to leave venues as the children have got a little wild during the night.

However, we have seen a few so called Adults been expelled also, and the local police are in force at CityWalk and they don't take too kindly to trouble!

'Enough of the serious stuff now let's have some fun'

Arriving at
Universal

If you are travelling along the I-4 use exits 75A or 75B.

Universal Orlando is situated near the 'junction' of International Drive and Sand Lake Road, a useful landmark is Wet'n'Wild which is situated on this crossroad.

As with Disney, if you are travelling by car there is an entrance charge to the car parks of $10 dollars, $11 dollars for campers (subject to change).

'Free Parking After 6pm'

Sunkissed tip;

The car parking area is quite a walk from CityWalk, so make sure young children and older members of your family use the mobile walkways to ease those legs!

Mind you after a night out at CityWalk you will ‘all’ appreciate the mobile walkways on your return to your vehicle.

If you are staying in a resort hotel in Universal, or near by hotels, free transportation is at your disposable, ask at reception of your preferred accommodation. In addition, Taxis are available near the car park.

Entering
CityWalk

bob-marley-venue-citywalk-universal-orlando Look at your guide map and you will notice Citywalk packs a lot into the area it stands on, and we have noticed people head towards the venues what attract them at night times, (We make our way round to The Bob Marley venue).
